Drive 4-8 hours a day with a priority on safety. Conduct basic software operation tasks. Support missions through a wide variety of roles in and out of vehicles. Assist with documentation and metrics. Provide accurate written and oral feedback to engineering teams. Support vehicle maintenance and logistics. Conduct daily basic vehicle preventative maintenance checks, services, and repairs. Provide logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment. Ensure the readiness and cleanliness of vehicles, equipment, and the workplace. Assist with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness. Quality Control & Reporting: • Ensure that projects are delivered with the expected quality and adhere to best practices in IT delivery. • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future processes. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Education: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in a Managed Service Provider environment. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and networking. • Proven experience working with various project management methodologies • Experience with ConnectWise Manage is preferred but not required Certifications: • PMP (Project Management Professional) or Prince2 certification is a plus. • ITIL certification is beneficial. Skills: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proficient in project management software • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
