Dining Room & Service Support Keep floors, chairs, and service areas clean and presentable. Carry food trays to and from kitchen when servers need support. Back of House Support Bring dirty dishes and glassware to dishwashing area. Sort and organize dishes, utensils, and glassware properly for dishwashers. Anticipate guest needs and act proactively (quietly and efficiently). Be attentive but not intrusive; move quickly and professionally. Dispose of trash, recyclables, and linens in designated areas.
