Promote and sell additional services when appropriate to customer needs. Complete necessary paperwork, including service reports and payment collection. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized company vehicle. Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Attend training programs to maintain up-to-date knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and industry standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
