Prep Cook (Eugene)

We are seeking an experienced Prep Cook to fill a part-time position- Sun/Mon/Thu/Fri 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Cooks work as part of a team to prepare fresh, organic, vegetarian and vegan food. Previous food service experience is important, especially knife work and familiarity with kitchen equipment as well as food safety/health code knowledge, and ability to be focused and productive. An interest in natural and organic foods is necessary. Wage starts at $16.75 per hour. Candidate will show attention to detail, orientation toward safety, a willingness to learn new techniques, and excitement to be part of a positive, supportive work environment.
