WHAT YOULL NEED DAY ONE: Minimum of one year experience in a customer service, sales or retail position required Experience or knowledge in leasing or real estate a plus. Strong typing and computer skills with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Professional verbal and written communication skills required Ability to close a sale is highly preferred Knowledge of tax credit, fair housing, and trade practices a plus.
