PRESCHOOL DANCE TEACHER - Teacher will come to our Fine Arts Daycare 4 mornings per week from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Will take students age 2 - 5 to the studio room for dance instruction, groups will rotate every 20 minutes. The teacher is responsible to follow the dance syllabus and offer fun, creative and educational classes in Ballet, Tap and Creative Movement. The Dance Teacher is responsible to work with a team member to create recital dances for each group, and also be available for 2 evening recitals in May to help children on the stage. I am looking for someone dependable who loves working with children and sharing the love of dance with them. These hours are perfect for a college student working around a school schedule or a mom after she drops children off at school. Requirements Candidates must have a dance background and be knowledgeable with French Ballet Terms and Tap combination patterns. I would prefer that candidates have experience teaching dance classes but am also willing to guide an experienced dancer. Preschool Dance Teachers must wear dance clothing and dance shoes. We find that our little ones idolize their dance teachers and we want a teacher that sets a good example for them. The BIM Modeler 2 role is an intermediate level modeling position that is responsible for providing modeling efforts for both project delivery and standards. This is a member of the production team that will create most of the detailed drawings for projects and may function as a detailer as determined by supervisor. Knowledge of Autodesk NavisWorks, Autodesk Design Review, and working knowledge 3D layout and design. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 1. Perform layout and input of marked-up drawings into Revit in accordance with EC Standards. 2. Setup of Revit views for use by the EC Project team including electronic document filing and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model. 3. Prepare copies and help make sets of documents for transmittal to other parties. 4. Download drawings and information from the Web, SharePoint or project websites (FTP, etc.). 5. Documents and archives work pursuant with the EC standard. 6. Acknowledgement of any/all EC confidentiality and/or Non-Disclosure requirements pursuant to this position.
