Qualifications • 3–5+ years of property management or administrative real estate experience, with strong emphasis on residential. • Familiarity with NYC housing regulations and tenant compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required). • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (but not required) • Bachelor’s degree a plus.
