Looking for someone to cover the rest of my lease ideally starting 12/1 but can be flexible if needed! Lease expires July 31, 2026, and you’ll be eligible to renew if you like the property. Past rent increases have been reasonable ($70 this year). Very spacious with plenty of room for home offices and a sizable bedroom. An added $55 maintenance fee is added on top of rent. Included in the rent is the ability to have two cats. Sadly no dogs are allowed. Laundry available in the building but not the unit directly. Dishwasher present in the kitchen. Tenant pays for electric, gas, and internet.
