Minimum of 2 years experience in the food industry, calling on other food manufacturers. Ability to discuss technical concepts with R and D and convey features and benefits to purchasing and upper management. Food Application experience with customer R and D preferred. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including dispute resolution. Demonstrated experience in sales growth with new products Highly developed communication skills appropriate for all business situations. Demonstrated skills in negotiating in difficult and complex situations. Able to drive opportunity development and prioritize and manage multiple projects in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills; strong personal presence both with customers and internally to company. We have an opening for a Tire Supplies SALES REPRESENTATIVE Full Time covering San Diego and Imperial County. You will be selling tire supplies which include wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, large equipment, and more. Your customers are businesses doing tire repair - such as tire shops, trucking, agriculture, utilities, transportation, construction, etc. You will be driving a supply truck that is 8 foot wide, 12 foot tall, 24 foot long. You will visit customers 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You must have a good driving record, good credit, and good computer skills. Must live in the San Diego - Imperial County area.
