Our firm experienced members can instruct a motivated individual in how to perform those activities. We are mainly looking for someone who enjoys taking Revit plans to an extreme level of detail and graphical standards, and also going to the building departments to advance permits through the various stations. The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented, who enjoys drafting, rendering realistic spaces and design, as much as navigating the planning and DBI processes in order to advance our clients' interest effectively. Candidates must have excellent design, communication, interpersonal and graphic skills. Our team consists of talented, resourceful, positive, tenacious and self-guided individuals, and we look for much of the same in this position. The work would include collaborating closely with the firm principal, architects and interior designers on graphical and drafting standards and design developments. It would also include interfacing with the design team who tend to take the models to a micro level of details mostly on the inside. All of our work is in Revit. We also collaborate closely with the builders and see the projects through all the way to the end. The hours for this full-time position are somewhat flexible as long as they are consistent. Description: The Laser Tracker Operator is responsible for performing precision 3D measurements using laser tracking equipment to support manufacturing, assembly, quality assurance, and inspection processes.
