Lovely furnished MIL/Studio/Apartment, private entry, separate from the rest of the house. Peaceful vibe. 5 minutes to downtown Marshall, 30 minutes to Asheville. Private bath, sheets, laundry, full kitchen with all pots and pans, silverware etc. Full size bed plus loveseat sofa bed ( single) for a guest. Separate driveway, carport parking, gravel road. Month to month but folks often stay longer. No pets. All utilities included, fiber optic internet. AC in warmer months. We have a generator so during storms we still have hot water and some electric. Sure came in handy during Helene! We are not in a flood plain or landslide area ( info via USGS). We are a semi retired couple who also appreciate privacy but enjoy a good chat here and there!
