La Tela Pizzeria is looking for AM and PM Dish Washers. The dishwasher is responsible for the washing, cleaning and storing of all dishes and equipment related to food service. As well as helping to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen. Duties may also include providing assistance in the kitchen as directed/instructed, in accordance with established policies and procedures. -Washes all dishes, pots, pans, glassware and service equipment, and checks dishes for cleanliness. -Put away clean dishes, pots, pans and service equipment in correct inventory spaces. -Maintains proper sanitation of the pots, sink, pot racks, and surrounding area. -Regularly cleans kitchen equipment located inside facility. -Sets up dish washing machine and checks for proper temperatures and clean washing fluid. -Cleans dish washing machine; drains water and cleans drain screens. -Cleans and washes floors and mats in various areas. Washes and cleans various pieces of equipment and parts. -Empties trash into dumpsters. -Carries out other duties assigned by Chef or Supervisors or as directed. -Behaves professionally and maintains good working relationships with coworkers. -Can work independently with little supervision. -Regular attendance is required with schedule flexibility determined by business needs. The Pavilion Bar server will be responsible for providing timely service by delivering food and drinks to guests at the outdoor Pavilion Bar and Pool area. COMPENSATION Highest Earning opportunity in the City - High Season average $150-$800+ per day While gratuities vary by an individual's performance and are not guaranteed by the hotel, it has been our experience that a Pavilion Bar server who has the capability for the work and who has the ability to make caring, professional and hospitable connections with their guests, will have the opportunity to make earnings that are at the top of the hospitality spectrum in Charleston ranging on average from $150-800+ per day. Most commonly, our staff member's earnings are in the middle to high range of this earning spectrum at the Pavilion Bar. Recipients will be provided base hourly pay. Additional earnings are based on gratuities provide by the guest at their discretion. The level of gratuities received are performance based and are contingent upon the individual's ability to perform their job well with respect to providing knowledgeable, meaningful and courteous guest interactions. Gratuities are based solely on the discretion of the guest. Gratuities provided by guests are the primary portion of a Pavilion Bar Servers earnings.
