Drink Preparation and Service Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to drink recipes and customer preferences. Garnishing drinks to enhance presentation and flavor. Take beverage orders from patrons, process food orders, and coordinate with the wait staff to ensure smooth service. Create and suggest specials from the drink menu to boost sales and enhance the customer experience. Bar Maintenance and Operations Maintain and manage bar inventory, restocking items as needed throughout the shift. Operate the POS (point-of-sale) system and cash register for processing payments quickly and accurately. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including completing inventory checks and cleaning tasks.
