Looking for a couple of experienced plasterers to help right away with re-finish on a large house in Boulder. More work scheduled after this job. Must have at least a few years in the trade. Must have own reliable transportation and some tools. Bilingual a big plus! Small crew, friendly environment. We do mostly custom homes, repair work etc. We do hard-coat and EIFS and some interior plastering on occasion. Looking for responsible people with positive attitudes, who take pride in their work. Unique Millwork Cabinetry and Countertops is seeking a skilled individual(s) with knowledge in cabinet building and solid surface fabrication, with a motivation to produce quickly and with quality. We are located in Arvada at 52nd and Marshall. This shop has been around for over 30 years and under new management for the last 4 years. We continue to grow the business and need additional personnel to meet the demands. This is a full-time position. We have a separate installation crew and a majority of the work will be in the shop. Requirements: Your own transportation and hand/power/pneumatic tools are required as in field installation may be required at times. Millwork saws, edge-bander and glue applicators are supplied by the shop for use in the shop. We do a multitude of different projects to include laminate counters, cabinet building and installation, solid surface fabrication and installation, various millwork fabrication and installation for low-income housing complexes, private residential, multi-family complexes and commercial applications. We are branching out into new builds as well. Job Duties will include but not limited to: -Fabrication of solid surface -New cabinet builds and cabinet rebuilds -Cabinet door/drawer/drawer fronts/faux front fabrication -Laminate countertop fabrication. -Shop cleanliness and organization Starting pay will be $26-$29 an hour depending on knowledge/skill. The ideal candidate will have experience with site layout, overlot grading, mass overexcavation, and be familiar with erosion control BMPs. The Earthwork Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment to spread earth, grade terrain, or move dirt and rock. Duties and Responsibilities • Operate equipment equipped with blades in successive passes to remove topsoil, vegetation, or rocks or to distribute and level terrain • Complete mass overexcavation of sites per plan specifications, achieving proper moisture content and compaction • Safely operate various pieces of equipment including paddle wheel scrapers, rollers/compactors, loaders, dozers, skid steers, mini-excavators, etc. • Read and interpret grade stakes, site markings, and plans • Properly set up and utilize grade control devices to achieve grade tolerances per plan specifications • Always operate equipment safely including operating equipment in the vicinity of underground utilities (communication, power, natural gas, etc.) to avoid damage and injury • Installation and maintenance of BMPs and erosion control • Attend daily meetings to review schedule, production goals, and safety • Work safely at all times, observing all company policies, OSHA Regulations, and site-specific requirements and policies • Safely operate power tools (demo saws, compaction equipment, generators, air compressors, etc.) • Properly maintain equipment including daily pre and post inspections and daily greasing • Must have a collaborative attitude and willingness to perform any work that is required including general labor tasks which may include shoveling, lifting, etc. • Must be able to work overtime including Saturdays • Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Skills Required • Able to safely and efficiently operate equipment such as scrapers, rollers/compactors, loaders, skid-steers, etc. with experience in the heavy civil construction field • Able to read and understand plans and specifications • Able to check grade, read stakes and perform related math functions Physical Requirements Must be physically fit and able to perform job duties including: frequent use of hands, arms, legs and whole body; long periods of balance, standing or sitting; frequent walking, climbing, bending and/or lifting objects in excess of 50 pounds.
