We need a skilled repair and maintenance technician that can change a water heater, install fixtures such as ceiling fans, garbage disposal, over the range microwave oven, shower valve stems and seals, shower cartridges, install a new faucet, repair a copper water line leak, the ability to install drywall, texture and painting, carpentry is a plus, you can change an electrical outlet, you can install a new light switch, you can do stucco patches if needed, you know how to install a new bathtub and shower enclosure, you can professionally install tile flooring, countertops, angle stop valves, supply lines, water pressure regulators. You must be neat and courteous as you will interact with our tenants and other clients from time to time. Pay will be commensurate to your skill set and experience. We can train for some of these items, however, we want someone who already has the majority of these skills if not all of them. You must be responsible and on time, you must be a team player. A good attitude goes a long way in our business. Bi-lingual is a plus but not required if you have the skills.
