We produce Tickets, Cards and small booklets. Seeking a helper part time between Noon & 7 PM. Most everyone is unskilled for this job. If trainable, the salary will be between $10.00 & $15.00 depending on skills. Wide variety of work: counting, stapling, cutting, packing, printing, numbering, computers/printing, deliveries. Also, maintenance: sweeping, painting, cleaning, repairs. Outside work: grass, trim shrubs, clean windows and all things repairable. Nothing the ordinary person couldn't do!

We are searching for a skilled detailer to add to our team. In this position, it will be your job to perform a variety of cleaning services to the interiors and exteriors of our fleet vehicles. Your duties will include performing basic inspections and washing vans. In addition, you will also be tasked with vacuuming, deodorizing the interiors of vans, and more. Pressure washer and other supplies are provided. To do well in this position, you will need to be physically capable of performing manual labor while standing for the majority of your shifts. You should also have the ability to do quality work with minimal supervision. We prefer candidates who have previous experience with detailing cars. Maintain cleanliness of common areas by cleaning windows, washing and waxing hard surface flooring, vacuuming and washing carpets and rugs, cleaning tile grout, etc. OPERATIONS Ensure adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying the supervisor when supplies are needed. CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION Listen and respond to the needs of residents and staff members, escalating communication as necessary to a supervisor. Willingly and consistently share observations and insights of departmental operations that may improve quality and efficiencies of the department. Attend all-employee and departmental meetings and in-service training as directed. Update the Service Manager with status of work and communicate any potential liabilities including damage to grounds, facilities, supplies or equipment. Work with the maintenance team to clean vacant apartments in preparation for new resident move-ins. COMPLIANCE & SAFETY Perform duties in accordance with all safety and OSHA requirements. Ensure that policies and procedures as well as safety and compliance expectations are met. WHAT YOU WILL NEED ON DAY ONE: High school diploma or equivalent is required Minimum one year of experience as a Housekeeper or similar position is preferred. Ability to speak and understand English. General computer knowledge. Knowledge of and ability to use standard cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently.
