$17 Per Hour Maintenance for Condominium (Pompano Beach)

We are looking for a person to clean our office located in Miami Lakes. The schedule would be Monday to Friday for 2 hours per day, and we are also looking for someone to clean two houses on different days, specifically Mondays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The rate for the houses is $16.00 per hour and $15.00 per hour for the office. The houses are located in Hialeah Gardens and the office is located in Miami Lakes. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Manage company cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Oversee banking relationships and manage credit facilities. Implement effective working capital management strategies for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is highly preferred. Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in a finance management role or similar senior finance position. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.

The UPMC Rink at PPG Place, an outdoor rink located at the PPG Place in downtown Pittsburgh is now hiring for our public opening in Mid-November and will be accepting applications for all open positions. The rink operates through the beginning of March and requires schedule flexibility. Those wishing to be skate staff must be able to ice skate, own their own skates and they must have them before orientation in early November.
