Job description: Loquat is now hiring for one pastry baking position. If you’re interested in a full-time position (40hrs) with a new bakery/cafe in Hayes Valley-- please read on: Loquat is a new bakery that opened in October 2022! Our goal is to source, prepare and serve the highest quality of ingredients and pastries. While honoring and exploring jewish traditions and levantine flavors. We hope to bring positivity, compassion and connection to our workplace and community through food and beverage. Our success is dependent on building a strong team and we are searching for someone to join our tight knit bakery staff. This is an opportunity to be on the opening pastry team at loquat, with room for growth and leadership potential. You must be organized, have a keen eye for detail and a sense of efficiency. You must work well in a team setting, but also excel in an independent environment.
