Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician in East San Jose / Santa Clara. This will require travel to pickup materials as needed and go between two properties for maintenance. Qualifications: - Preferred experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or construction - May be required to provide and maintain own tools - Must have reliable transportation (local and Bay Area travel required) - Must be able to read and write basic English. Equivalent professional experience may substitute. • License: Possession of a valid current California Class C driver’s license and a safe driving record is required, as the essential duties require travel daily to meet vendors, address work orders, assessments, projects and general maintenance at SolTrans’ various facilities and bus stops.
