The house also has a patio. Parking is available on the street or in the driveway. We do not accept individuals with children. The basement room has a separate entrance to the street. 3 Rooms for rent: $750/$800/$900 monthly rent payments, with $1,000 deposit. (Payment is due on the first day of each month.)
