GMC seeks an ambitious individual to be a part of our team in a fully equipped, well organized Machine Shop consisting of the following equipment, and more: • Near New -- Giddings & Lewis Horizontal Boring Mill (CNC / 76 HP / 71” x 142” Table) • New – Hwacheon Vertical Mill (CNC) • Heavy Plain Vertical and Horizontal Mills • Bridgeport Mills • Heavy and Medium Engine Lathes • Grinders, Etc. This individual will also provide support related to the machining centers at our CNC plate and structural steel processing equipment. Experience in operating CNC Mills, and familiarity with most types of current tooling, are important considerations. This is a key position in our Plant, which will be highly compensated with the starting pay rate negotiable based on technical ability and work experience. We are also proud to be voted the Best Salon in Healdsburg for the past 2 years. We are looking to add a new Team member to our Receptionist team. This is a vital role in our salon. You are the first person our clients interact with as they enter the salon and you are the final person they see. Our reception position helps to assure that the salon runs smoothly and the stylists are supported so they have all they need to create the perfect experience for the client. Duties Include: Opening/Closing the salon Checking voicemail and emails Answering phone calls, providing helpful and knowledgeable service Welcoming all customers and clients that enter the salon Checking out clients and helping them reschedule future appointments Calling clients to confirm appointments Assisting with laundry and dishes Sweeping stations when needed Skills: Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills Ability to Multitask Stay calm and collected in busy situations Experience: Receptionist experience, preferred Experience working in salon, plus (not required) Starting pay $19.00/hr. plus commission on retail sales.
