Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of one year of line cook experience in a restaurant, hotel, or country club setting is preferred; a proven track record of culinary competence and dedication to quality is essential. • Food Safety: Strong working knowledge of food safety practices; a food handler’s certification is highly desirable. • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure, ensuring that quality and speed are never compromised, even during peak hours. • Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the club. • Education: Formal culinary training or apprenticeship is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn and grow within the role is valued above all. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift. • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds, including equipment and stock items. • Comfort working in environments with varying kitchen temperatures. Compensation Copper Hills Golf Club offers a competitive hourly wage for Line Cooks, ranging from $17- 24 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
