We are seeking an experienced finisher to join our team and help deliver showroom quality finishes that our clients expect. Key Responsibilities: Prepare wood surfaces through sanding, sealing, and filling for smooth finishing. Apply stains, sealers, primers, and topcoats using advanced spray equipment in a controlled finishing environment. Operate and maintain spray equipment (conventional, air-assisted airless, airless). Inspect finished pieces for consistency and quality control. Follow safety procedures for handling finishes and spray equipment. Collaborate to meet deadlines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized finishing area. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in wood finishing, preferably in high-end architectural or custom millwork. Strong knowledge of finishing materials such as lacquer, polyurethane, conversion varnish, waterborne coatings, and catalyzed finishes. Commitment to precision, detail, and flawless results. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle large wood components safely.

MW4H is looking for a certified structural stick welder ASAP in Mediapolis, IA for 2-weeks+. MUST have welding certs. Work will include, but not be limited to, adding on a new gym and classrooms which are constructed out of precast and steel, etc. Must have all welding gear and PPE, including harness and lanyard. Property management company owns and operates 75 plus properties has an immediate opening in our maintenance department for an in house experienced plumber assistant/helper full time. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: changing sinks, faucets. You will work with our Master licensed plumbers and our team of installers and remodelers on repairs and installs on our own properties. Main responsibility will be installing domestic water, drainage and hydronic baseboard Most work is in and around Warwick, East Greenwich, West Warwick, and Cranston and Coventry. Must be an independent worker and problem solver with own basic tools and transportation. Starting salary is $28 per f GED higher salary based on licenses held with an increase based on skills and experience demonstrated.
