Clean entrances and surrounding roads to various jobsites around a 50-mile perimeter of Bothell. Use backpack blower and broom to assist in proper cleaning. Be able to assist with replacing gutter brooms and minor sweeper truck Maintenace. The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of HVAC/refrigeration, cooking equipment, and general facilities systems across multiple restaurant locations. This role supervises Facility Maintenance Technicians and ensures the execution of preventative maintenance programs, cost-effective repairs, and vendor coordination, while maintaining safety, compliance, and service standards.
