Requirements What you’ll do:  Edit and deliver short-form video content (6–30s) for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & CTV. Optimize videos for performance (tight hooks, strong pacing, attention-grabbing copy treatments). Cut footage from product shoots, user-generated content (UGC), and motion graphic assets. Collaborate with Creative, Growth Marketing, and Organic Social teams to translate briefs into scroll-stopping video. Implement performance learnings into edits (A/B testing hooks, CTAs, aspect ratios, etc.) Maintain OUAI’s brand tone across visuals, pacing, and text overlays. Organize and manage video assets and maintain clean project files.
