Dental Office Front Desk/ Receptionist/ Office Coordinator (san leandro)
Our office is looking for an excellent team member.
Experience in dentistry is a plus but for the right person with a great personality, work ethic, and motivation, we are willing to train!

Our one-doctor general dentistry office is looking for a Front Desk team member to manage all aspects of our patient-facing operations.
Location: San Leandro
Schedule: 4 days a week floating schedule for now. See below for how our alternating schedule works.
Mon-Thur 8am-5pm (off Fri-Mon)
then: Tues-Fri 8am-5pm (off Sat-Sun) and schedule repeats with this pattern.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries
- Handle insurance verifications, billing, and patient payments
- Submit insurance claims and manage collection through statements
- Coordinate with the dentist for day-to-day operations
Who You Are:
- Friendly, professional, and excellent at multitasking
- Comfortable working independently as the only front desk staff
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with dental software is a plus, but training is available either through self-learning online or on-site training
- Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic about helping patients
