POSITION IDEAL REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant, bar, or resort environment. - Established work record with a demonstrated ability to have held a position with a previous employer for at least 1 full year. - Willingness to accept detailed structures, protocols, and procedures used by Grill 225 and the Pavilion Bar to ensure consistent and quality guest interactions. - Knowledge of wine and various types of liquors. Responsible for providing timely service by making cocktails and specialty drinks. - Guest services-driven, detail-oriented, warm, and amiable. Attention to detail and understanding of table service etiquette. COMPENSATION: Historically, our bartenders earn $75,000 - $125,000+ Annually for full-time staff members.
