Looking for an experienced technician to troubleshoot install cat 6 wiring and Telephone line tracing troubleshooting with a telephone line but set, toner probe set, small cable hand held tester and laptop experience. Experience is a must for installations, repair, troubleshooting Cat6, telephone line 66 block, and CCTV camera systems . Must have telephone line buttset experience. Installation of cameras and dvr systems commercially and trouble shooting. ALL solid and strong experience in ALL of my requirements must be 100%. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues.  Requirements Qualifications:  5+ years experience in network products testing, familiar with testing methods and processes. Stay up-to-date with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi 7, etc.) and industry trends Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi issue debug methods. Hands-on experience with networking test tools (e.g., iPerf, Wireshark, IxChariot). Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Preferred Skills: Experience in the development and testing of Wi-Fi Router, Mesh Wi-Fi Systems Experience with Wi-Fi certification and regulatory testing. Deep understanding of user experience, attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective. VESTRA Resources Inc. is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our GIS / IT services team as a GIS Analyst. This is a full-time, 40 hours/ week, benefited position. This is not a remote position; this position will report to our office location in Redding, CA with some travel required to client sites or other GIS-related activities. Duties include a wide range of consulting work, including database design, application design, data development, cartographic mapping, software installation, user training, acceptance testing, rollout support, and technical support. Experience with ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Experience Builder, and ArcGIS Survey123 a plus. Experience with ArcGIS Parcel fabric Implementation and parcel editing and updates a plus. Knowledge of applications of GIS within specific domains such as natural resources, agriculture, local and state government, or transportation preferred. Knowledge of QA/QC techniques to assess the quality, accuracy and content of spatial databases. Proficient knowledge of modeling, geoprocessing, and analysis using GIS software and datasets. Knowledge of the programming language Python highly preferred. Knowledge of programming languages, such as JavaScript or HTML5 is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a desire to interact with clients and agency staff. Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure, challenging work environment. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our organization’s IT systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, maintain infrastructure, and ensure smooth daily IT operations while delivering excellent service to internal users. Key Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, networks, and applications. Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, remote access, or in person. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals. Support and administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, email, and other systems. Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network connectivity, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and server environments. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary. Ensure proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations. Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, and security improvements. Enforce IT security protocols and support data backup and disaster recovery processes. Provide end-user training and create knowledge base articles to improve IT self-service. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration. Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications. Experience with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls). Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or ITIL are a plus.
