Qualifications: Be at least 21 years of age. Hold a valid CDL Class A and a DOT medical long form with a certificate. Have a clean driving record or minimal violations. Have not failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol screen in the last 5 years. Have at least 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience. Have not switched more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
