This 6-8 month role is maternity coverage, based on site in Cambridge, MA. Standard hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, pay is low to mid $40s/hr, and candidates must be available to work at least four days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events via Outlook, including with senior administrators and external investment fund managers. Arrange and manage complex domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, trains, car services, passports, and visas. Prepare travel itineraries, monitor changes, and resolve issues as trips progress. Manage and process expense reimbursements and accounts payable using Concur and client systems.
