Hello, Pahrump is a beautiful rural area about one hour from Las Vegas, and almost always sunny and warm during the days. It is also one hour from Death Valley, and other beautiful places to explore. I have a large one story home with three bedrooms, one of which I will reserve for myself, just in case I need to make a trip home. I am looking for someone who will take good care of my home from October through April, or longer, and who can provide trustworthy references, for this peaceful place in the Mojave desert.
