With 5+ years of success, we’re expanding and looking for proven moving sales representatives who can close TODAY and are hungry to earn big. This isn’t for everyone. If you don’t have closing experience in the moving industry, this isn’t your ad. But if you’re a real closer, keep reading. What We Offer: Full-time, in-office only (no remote) One of the best comp structures in the industry: 10K in binders = 35% commission Weekly earning potential of $2K+ for strong closers $4,000 minimum quota Plenty of inbound calls (no endless cold calling) We convert 25%+ of data (1 in every 6 inbound calls is a booked job $$$) 5–6 day work week with consistent schedule: Mon–Thurs: 12pm–8pm Fri: 10am–5pm Sat: 11am–4pm Sign-on bonuses for highly skilled reps A clean, safe, recovery-friendly office environment (no drugs, no drama) Supportive leadership that’s committed to your success Work alongside 8 seasoned closers who can all take a T.O.
