Foreman/Supervisor Position - Orchard Operation A well-established orchard operation, in business for over 90 years, is seeking a full-time Foreman/Supervisor. We are a friendly, family-oriented company offering a great career opportunity to oversee day-to-day operations of a 10-20 person crew. Key Responsibilities: Supervise orchard operations including pruning, planting, fertilizing, irrigation, pesticide application, and harvest. Manage daily transportation and supervision of crew. Communicate with farm manager. Ensure smooth workflow and coordination of tasks within the team. Requirements: Valid driver’s license. Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Ability to work in a team environment with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for outdoor work. Experience in labor management and orchard operations is a plus. Proficient in operating equipment such as tractors, forklifts, and backhoes. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others. Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with a positive attitude. Must be willing to relocate to on-site farmhouse.
