Maintenance Worker / General Laborer–Entry Level-Cash Pay 1st 90 Days! (Rochester Hills)

About Us: Charles Hamlet Apartments is a 124-unit residential community focused on creating a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable living environment for our residents. We are currently seeking hard-working and reliable Maintenance Workers / Laborers to join our property management team. Responsibilities: • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned • Read and follow measurements using a tape measure accurately • Carry out groundskeeping tasks, such as trash pickup and seasonal upkeep • Work independently and with the maintenance team to complete projects on time • Report issues and follow instructions from the Head of Maintenance or Property Manager Requirements: • Previous maintenance, construction, or laborer experience preferred (not required) • Must know how to read a tape measure • Must provide own basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver set, hammer, tape measure, etc.) • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus Schedule & Pay: • Full-time or part-time available, depending on workload • Pay: ($18 to start, We reevaluate after 90 days to increase your pay) • Bi-Weekly Pay Only How to Apply: Please reply to this ad with your name, phone number, and any work experience you have in maintenance, construction, or general labor.
