Responsibilities • Drive and operate company Cargo van following mobile app guided destinations • Support operations and logistics with fleet deployment, battery changing, staging, and collection of scooters • Relocate scooters from low to high demand areas • Quality checks and basic repairs Must have: • A valid driver's license * Clean driving record * Pass a criminal background check * Pass a drug screening • 3 years of driving experience • A smartphone and comfort multitasking with mobile apps • Ability to lift 50 lb scooters Ability to drive a windowless cargo van. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all apartment fixtures are operating efficiently and safely. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities -Troubleshoot and repair all facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance -Trouble-shooting and repair of HVAC systems -Manage service requests with efficiency -Execute residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required. -Fabricate components as necessary to support maintenance operations. -Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and staff.
