Must have administrative, customer service, leasing & collection skills & experience. Must have time flexibility to perform work during 8-5 PM business hours as needed. CO-Manager - Performs light maintenance & repair and cleaning tasks. Must be skilled & experienced performing maintenance and repairs (Have handyman type skills. No training provided.
