HVAC Service Tech $25 - $35/hr

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to customers throughout Onondaga and Oswego Counties. Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair a variety of heating and cooling equipment for residential and commercial clients Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicle and equipment Utilize a company-supplied iPad to manage work orders, service tickets, and documentation in the field Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding daily service calls and job status Collect payment for services when required and ensure accurate completion of all paperwork Monitor and maintain required inventory levels on the service vehicle Identify and recommend equipment upgrades, service agreements, and accessories when appropriate for the customer Provide excellent customer service and follow up on any equipment issues as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in HVAC service  EPA Certification (required) Valid NY Driver’s License Ability to work in both residential and commercial environments Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork Dedication to providing outstanding customer service Reliable, team-oriented, and able to maintain a drug-free workplace Compensation $25.00 - $35.00 per hour to start, based on experience and performance. Additional earning potential through commission, bonus pay, overtime, and tips.
