Looking for a handyman/maintenance caretaker for 2 apartment complexes south of Asheville. You can expect to work 10 to 20 flexible hours weekly, depending on need. You should be proficient in spackling, painting, light carpentry, using ladders, and similar type skills. Asheville/Hendersonville locations. $25/hr. We are looking for a well rounded, hard working superintendent for a 96 Unit property in Middletown, CT. This is a live-in position, an apartment is provided as part of the employment package. Job Duties: Inspects vacant units and prepares them for rental - including apartment renovations (Basic plumbing, electrical & tile work needed) Responds to tenant requests for repairs and keeps a log of completed work Keeps grounds clean and in safe condition (weekly exterior clean up necessary) Basic landscaping necessary Keeps entrances and walkways clear of ice, snow and debris during winter months. Knowledge how to use a snow plow is preferred Conducts regular preventative maintenance on items throughout the interior and exterior of the building. Responds to emergency calls

This is a part-time fill in position best suited for someone with another source of income. I will pay up to 125.00 per day for people with an economical, (4 Cylinder) CAR, DRIVER LICENSE, REGISTRATION and INSURANCE. All must be VALID and CURRENT.
