Lead Qualification and Handoff: • Identify and qualify 12-15 potential leads each day based on specified criteria (motivation, property condition, urgency). • Schedule 5 appointments daily for the Acquisition Closer, aiming for 125 appointments per month. • Finish all follow-up calls by the end of the day (part of 300 dials). • Presenting initial offers to potential real estate leads and escalating warm leads to the appropriate team members. Data Management and Reporting: • Maintain 100% accuracy in detailed records of interactions with potential sellers in Follow Up Boss CRM software. • Provide regular reports on call activity, lead quality, and conversion rates. • Accurately enter and update lead information in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates within 24 hours.
