Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our online distribution company specializing in parts for electronics, large appliances, and HVAC systems. This role involves assisting both consumer and business customers with part identification, taking customer orders over the phone, and resolve order or shipping issues with customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning technical product information, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Branch Associate is responsible for receiving and preparing orders, as well as safely moving, loading, and delivering products. This position is also expected to provide customer service and operate tinting, mixing and color matching equipment, as needed.
