Their role will be crucial in delivering the best possible experience for our guests!  PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: This position requires delivering food orders to customers using on foot, e-scooter, or e-bike. Weekend availability is required. Key Responsibilities: Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately on foot, e-scooter or e-bike   Ensure orders are packed and prepared accurately and quality checked   Ensure orders are delivered to correct delivery location in correct delivery mode (i.e. room service vs. off premise)   Uphold sanitation and food safety principles   Maintain cleanliness of work areas as well as guest areas   Waste management  Follows daily opening and closing runner duties set by the Manager  Complete daily checklists for specific role responsibilities  Log pertinent waste and production information daily  Handle the kitchen phone to assist guests  Relays necessary guest concerns/feedback to management effectively to ensure quality control and guest satisfaction   Works hand in hand with managers, runners, cooks and hotel staff in a safe, respectful manner  Following all company policies and procedures  Job qualifications: Weekend availability required Experience as Food Expeditor or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment Understanding of hygiene and safety protocols and standards Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time Multi-Tasking abilities Good oral communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment Be able to walk and stand during entire shift Be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Responsibilities Build a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members! Ensure that your building is fully operational and processes are running efficiently. Drive growth and promotion of Jay Suites -provided service offerings. Take direction from the Community Lead and the Community Manager to support the Community Team as necessary. All of this while illustrating Jay Suites core values and working towards achieving our mission. Cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours and be an on-site point of contact, easily located on the member floor or at Community Bar.
