The Grove (www.TheGroveSF.com) is looking for Bartenders with friendly, outgoing personalities who work clean and enjoy hospitality. The ideal candidate has a strong background in bartending, cashier experience, and is comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, who displays positivity and enthusiasm when interacting with our guests and fellow Crew Members. Must have previous experience bartending, a background in cocktail menu creation and classic cocktails is preferred. As a team-oriented company, we seek individuals who have open availability and flexibility with work hours. WEEKEND availability is a MUST. Good communication and time management skills are necessary. We offer a premium hourly rate, vacation for accrual, delicious food, benefits & tips, which are pooled through the entire house, for the entire day. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule, available both days and nights. Monday, Wed-Sun shifts possible. Must be able to work on weekends (Fri, Sat, and Sun) We open at 7:30am and close at 10pm, with various shifts available. Flexibility is key, as is openness to table service & clearing - being a part of the entire team. We are hiring for 3-4 days, around 30+ hours, potential for full time. Position requires valid RBS & Food Handler certificates.
