NOW HIRING: Full-Time FedEx Delivery Drivers (Non-CDL) Birmingham, AL | $140+ per day + Benefits | Paid Weekly Sweet Home Express is urgently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Full-Time FedEx Ground Delivery Drivers in the Birmingham, AL area. If you're dependable, driven, and ready to hit the road—this is the opportunity for you! PAY & INCENTIVES: Starting pay is $120 per day, once driver is on their own, driving by themselves driver will be paid $140 per day with additional $15 attendance and performance incentive available. At 90 days driver will be evaluated and manager will determine based off overall job competency and attendance if the driver is eligible for pay increase to $150 a day with additional $15 incentive If pay increase if not given to the driver at 90 day evaluation the driver will be coached and instructed of what needs to be worked on in hopes of attaining the increase in pay. Clean MVR & background check Able to pass drug screening (includes cannabis, Delta 8, and some CBDs) Able to lift up to 150 lbs. (with a dolly) Strong customer service and time-management skills *This position is very physically demanding. You will be in and out of the vehicle all day.
