Responsibilities: • Prepare and review individual income tax returns (Form 1040 and related schedules) • Assist with small business income tax returns as needed • Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations • Communicate with clients to gather required information and answer basic tax- related questions • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information Qualifications: • Previous experience preparing income tax returns required • Familiar with Ultra Tax software a plus (not required) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak season

Position Summary: The Paving Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the asphalt paving crew. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
