In this hands-on role, you'll: • Assist our experienced inspectors with dryer vent and chimney system checks. Great communication and a friendly personality are key! • Learn to use specialized equipment to clean dryer vents, including taking apart dryers (don't worry, we'll train you!). • Help remove lint, debris, and blockages to keep homes safe and dryers working efficiently. • Reseal and repair access points after cleaning, making sure everything looks tidy. • Work with the team to stay on schedule and complete tasks efficiently. • Provide friendly customer service, answering questions and concerns. • Keep track of the work done and materials used. Bonus points if you: • Have some experience with tools and ladders. (3 stories) • Know your way around dryer vent systems and their parts. • Are familiar with cleaning tools and techniques used in the industry. • Have a keen eye for detail and follow instructions well. • Can communicate clearly and build rapport with customers. • Are physically fit to lift and move equipment around. • Have a driver's license and your own car to get to job sites. • Don't mind flexible hours, including some Saturdays. • Take safety seriously and follow all the rules. • Enjoy being on the move and working from different locations. You will fill in other areas if needed on emergency basis. • Feel comfortable working on ladders. • Have a knack for mechanical work and using tools (fixing drywall is a plus!). In this role, you will be responsible for performing high-quality collision repairs on various vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition per OEM standards and company guidelines. Core Responsibilities Complete disassembly and vehicle assessment to assist account managers in determining damage and preparing an accurate repair plan. Effectively communicate with Account Managers and Parts Associates to obtain necessary parts. Plan work procedures and follow work orders for all listed operations. Closely follow Kniesel’s QC SOP to ensure the highest standard of quality. Ensure all needed repairs are identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time. Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a journeyman body technician in a collision repair environment. I-CAR certification is a plus. Ability to read and follow repair plans, damage reports, and manufacturer specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality repairs.
