This is a 1099 independent contractor position, ideal for those who enjoy flexible scheduling and working independently in the field. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Travel to various residential properties to perform inspections and occupancy verifications • Take clear and accurate photos of each property • Complete digital or paper reports documenting the property’s condition • Communicate updates or issues with relevant parties as needed • Follow company protocols and adhere to deadlines ⸻ Requirements: • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license • Active cell phone with text/call capability • Access to a printer (for documents and route sheets) • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently • Willingness to travel to rural and urban areas ⸻ Key Skills: • Strong attention to detail • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines • Ability to follow detailed instructions • Basic computer literacy and comfort with mobile devices ⸻ Compensation: This is a pay-per-inspection role, with rates ranging from $4 to $8 per parcel, depending on location (rural areas typically pay more).
