Responsibilities: • Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the apartment community • Perform basic carpentry, painting, and repair work as assigned • Read and follow measurements using a tape measure accurately • Carry out groundskeeping tasks, such as trash pickup and seasonal upkeep • Work independently and with the maintenance team to complete projects on time • Report issues and follow instructions from the Head of Maintenance or Property Manager Requirements: • Previous maintenance, construction, or laborer experience preferred (not required) • Must know how to read a tape measure • Must provide own basic hand tools (wrenches, pliers, screwdriver set, hammer, tape measure, drill gun, saw saw, battery impact wrench, etc. At this level, you should have a decent size set of tools for the job. We can provide a better idea on this if needed. We can provide some of the bigger, less used tools like large saws etc. • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation a plus Schedule & Pay: • Full-time or part-time available, depending on workload • Pay: $20 to start.
