We are looking for energetic, dependable dental office receptionist for a busy dental practice. Candidate must be bilingual (Spanish)able to multitask and be able to complete tasks quickly and thoroughly. This is an entry level position with lots of room to advance. Basic job responsibilities include but are not limited to filing and pulling charts, making charts, copying answering phones and confirming appointments. Establishes priorities for patient care. Treats assigned patients based on acuity levels Correctly carries out the physician's plan of care. Accurately documents in the EMR. Documents care according to policy and procedures Initiates appropriate measures in emergency situations. Assists others with patient care activities when own assignment is completed. Participates in unit-based activities, including staff meetings. This job description is not all encompassing. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Must have One (1) year of experience as a CNA. WA DOH Active and unencumbered license. Completion, or ability to complete of WA DSHS approved AFH minimum qualifications. Must obtain BLS with AED certification within thirty (30) days of hire, if not already possessed. Must obtain current TB ppd, or gold top serum test within two (2) days of hire [2-step if never been done before]. Preferred Qualifications: Computer keyboarding skills preferred. Job Type: Full Time Salary: $25.00 -30.00 /hour

Applicant must pass TB test, Live Scan and background check. Must be reliable, compassionate and love the elderly.
