Kubeh celebrates authentic dishes from Israel, Iraq, Syria and Kurdistan. Kubeh has gotten wonderful praise by NY Magazine, Infatuation, NPR and much more. Kubeh is on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list every year. The restaurant format is many shared small plates, emulating the experience of dining at a Middle Eastern family's home in which there's a huge spread to taste from. The highlight of the restaurant is Kubeh, a sort of Middle Eastern thick dumpling. Melanie Shurka, the executive chef brings forth traditional Middle Eastern dishes as well as innovative variations to the guests. Many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. We are currently looking for motivated, friendly, and experienced servers to join our amazing growing team.
