We at L'Auberge Provencale are looking for a dishwasher to work nights and weekends, as well as some day shifts. Must be able to work Monday or Tuesday mornings if needed. Our kitchen is open for dinner Wednesday - Sunday. General Duties: -Clean glasses, pots, dishes, etc. -Sweep, mop and clean kitchen after shift -Communicate and work well with kitchen and wait staff Qualifications: -Previous experience preferred but not required -Basic knowledge of commercial dishwashing operations -Able to lift minimum of 50 pounds -Able to work with others to create attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy and cooperativeness, working with minimum supervision -Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours (bending, stooping, squatting and stretching) -Able to follow directions, perform tasks with attention to detail, speed and accuracy -Report any faulty equipment, linen shortages, maintenance needs, safety hazards and other problems immediately to your supervisor This Job Is: -Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma -Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED -A job for which military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

Whole Animal Butcher/ Meat Cutter (Kaimuki)

As a Butcher at The Local General Store, you will be at the cutting edge of whole animal butchery in Hawaii. You will work with whole carcass beef, pork, venison, lamb, and chicken from local ranchers. Using knives, saws, meat grinders and other tools, you will break each carcass down, weigh and portion a variety of raw cuts of meat while following Department of Health sanitation guidelines.
